Looking for someone with a specialization in utilities cost reductions, energy audits and energy procurement. Needs to know how to fill out, process and track the paperwork required for the Energy Credit Reimbursement programs offered through Eversource. We are looking for someone to take it from beginning to end. We are in the process of updating current properties and will be purchasing new properties that will also need credits researched. We will be looking to convert existing electric heat and air conditioning systems which will be done by a P.E. Combined with the information provided by the lighting system audit we should be able to achieve a 50% reduction of the overall energy costs. We would be looking to file a comprehensive utility plan with Eversource.
Compensation will be fee based and on a job by job basis.
