Office Assistant needed for busy pool company.
We are looking for someone who has a lot of energy, who's looking for variety in their day to day routine.
Some of the tasks are:
Answering the phones
Customer Service
Facebook / Social Media posts
Producing mailers and marketing materials to send to customers
Filing
MS Word and Excel knowledge a must
QuickBooks experience / knowledge helpful
Valid Drivers License as you might be asked to deliver product to customers
