Office Help/Dispatcher Part Time (Vernon)

Part time Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm, and Saturday 8am-1pm

We have been in business since 2007, after Ray (being a service Plumber for over 30 years in the area) decided to start his own business. We currently have a staff of: Manager, dispatch manager/CSR, 5 Licensed Plumbers, 4 Plumbing Apprentices, a parts/buying specialist, and a Drain cleaning/jetting staff, a Water Quality Consultant, a pre-apprentice, and continue to grow!
About this position:
We currently have a full-time Dispatch Manager, and are in need of second support/dispatcher. This person must be willing to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple phone lines, reliable and ready to work! Working with a GPS system, handling technicians and Plumbers schedules and working directly with all of our highly valued customers. Copying/Faxing, responding to e-mails, filing and other office tasks may be assigned. There is room for advancement in this position as well. We are looking for a motivated, "go-getter" who's ready to work, but also enjoys doing what they do! Looking for someone willing to work extra events like home-shows, and trade-shows/promotions on occasion as well.
We strive to give the homeowner a superior, pleasant experience! We handle residential Plumbing repairs and installations as well light commercial.

Job Requirements:
Customer Service experience preferred
Office experience preferred but not required
Reliable- on time
Reliable transportation
