We Are Looking for A Serious Business Partner To Expand into Flipping Homes.
The ideal candidate must have or be the following:
ï¼ Compliment our existing skillsets and not just mirroring them
ï¼ Real Estate Experience
ï¼ Extremely Honest/Trustworthy (We Need to be able to trust implicity)
ï¼ Read/write and great with numbers
ï¼ Excellent writing skills
ï¼ Computer skills Microsoft office word and excel, including email
ï¼ Contracting experience - a plus and/or preferably
ï¼ Excellent negotiation skills
ï¼ Must have long term goals and aspirations
ï¼ Must be passionate in obtaining goals
ï¼ Top notch communication a must - (should be able to communicate what youre looking for in a partnership as well.)
ï¼ Must be willing to take risk if its warrant
ï¼ Must be creative and able to problem solve
ï¼ Must be resilient
ï¼ Must be reliable no exceptions
