Looking for full and part-time maintenance people for multi family building in and around Bristol to Torrington CT. We have properties from 17 to 300 units around and looking I am looking for maintenance people who have experience in all around property maintenance from Landscaping, snow removal, apartment turn-overs, complete maintenance repairs and requests. Must report to the maintenance Director, Be experience in dealing with tenants and vendors from outside. Must be able to climb ladders, lifting, bending and able to use all type of hand and power tools. MUST have Own transportation. Own Tools in order to complete jobs. This a a independent contractor position. Have Hours from 20 to 46 hours per week. Pay is twice a month 15th and 30 of the month.
Must be able to work some times together and some times by self unsupervised. Must be able to multi task. We are very busy and have also special projects as well. With prevented maintenance, and improvements needed properties needed work and on time to meet dead-line move in and other inspections needed by local and state inspectors.
