Auto Parts Sales Person with Benefits
We are currently hiring to fill a full time position in our sales department as soon as possible. East Coast Auto Salvage is a full service auto Recycling facility in the business of selling used, remanufactured and aftermarket auto parts. We pride ourselves on offering the best quality parts and service and we are looking for motivated sales people to join our team. Please read on for the details of the job.
Job Details:
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Company hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
-This is an inside sales position working out of Higganum, CT
- 90 day training and trial period
- After 90 days eligible for group healthcare, paid holidays and after one year eligible for paid vacation.
Job Requirements:
-Process sales orders to the satisfaction of our customers
-Learn our inventory management system as well as all of our parts locating systems.
- Attend to incoming phone inquiries about parts.
- Respond promptly to all emails and online inquiries
- Complete and follow up on quotes
- Process RMAs as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Automotive knowledge and experience
- Sales experience and an interest in developing sales skills and methods
- Computer skills including word and excel
- Professional tone in written word and verbal communications
- Excellent customer service
