ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Territory Sales Manager for a territory in the Western United States. You will create, facilitate, and implement new partnerships and maintain ongoing relationships post-launch. In this role, you will use your sales expertise to manage a regional territory. An environment where the strengths and expertise of our workforce are welcomed, amplified and exhibited in the work at DispatchWorks closely with sales management and inside sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new businessAchieves regional sales and production activity goals to achieve consistent revenue growth in assigned territoryManages, tracks, and reports on all sales activities and results using our CRM, Hubspot to accurately forecast and report on the current stateWorks effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experiencePlans, executes, and ensures high satisfaction with Dispatch Sales Partners to achieve sales goalsTravels to key territory launches and sales meetings within your region to help better enable our customersProvides regular operational performance feedback and issue escalation to Dispatch leadership to create and ensure alignment cross-functionallyCreates and delivers dynamic presentations to multiple stake-holders (including c-level executives) that highlight Dispatch’s value propositionProvides generous customer contact (phone calls, virtual/in-person meetings, emails, etc.) to quickly drive the adoption of new clients. Please note, a minimum of 200 customer contacts per week are required (a mandatory 50% of those customer contacts are phone calls)Wins high value accounts with consistent weekly volumes of deliveries contributing to the growth of revenuePartners with sales leadership and peers on new market identification and launch to meet sales-growth business objectivesWHO WE’RE LOOKING FORA passion and enthusiasm for personal and professional development and growthExceptional active listening and storytelling skills that engage leads and customers to entice a partnership with DispatchThe ability to quickly pivot as needed while consistently delivering results on time consistently deliver results on timeCourageously identify opportunities and the determination to create solutions to meet the needs of the businessWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)Two to three years of previous high volume cold-calling experience (required)Minimum 4 years Experience with email campaigns and CRM (required)Must be a positive, self-driven team-member with a desire to learnExcellent written skills and highly articulateAbility to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectivelyAbility to communicate at all levels of an organization and build relationships both internally and externallyProfessionalism; being both resolute and diligentAbility to travel to other markets within an assigned region up to 30% of the timeABOUT USDispatch is a technology-based company that redefines the way same-day deliveries are made in the B2B space.
