Job Description - Civil Construction Estimator
Looking to hire individual interested in a challenging interesting job where performance is rewarded.
Reports to - Manager
Job Functions;
Ability to bid site development, road work, utility work, building excavation.
Familiar with Geo-tech reports and soil types
Experienced Microsoft Office Suite.
Earth Quantity Takeoff Software
Analyze bid documents and plans to develop accurate takeoffs and profitable estimates.
Ability to Multitask during stringent time lines.
Able to Generate Proper Request For Quotations from Sub-Contractors and Analysis the Quotes
for Completeness and Accuracy.
Identify Labor, Equipment, Materials and time Requirement’s to Perform Work
Must be able to Track Progress Of Work in Place
