We are currently seeking a full time manager to watch of 7 to 10 trucks daily. This individual must have experience in customer home service deliveries. We are seeking someone that understands the importance of quality and high scores. You would be tasked in making sure the contractors stay on time and complete their deliveries as well as making sure they stay in compliance on a daily basis. We need someonje with a winning attitude that knows how to take control. Here is a list of daily tasks:
1. Must track the contractor to make sure he or she is on time (Dispatch track)
2. Ensure all teams are in uniform and proper attire
3. Must track scores and be able to keep scores up
4. Must handle claims as they arise in a timely manner
Here are the requirements for this job:
1. Must speak english and preferably spanish as well
2. Must have basic computer skills along along with knowing how to email
3. Preferably experience with dispatch track (if not then we can teach you)
4. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone
5. Must have at least 1 year experience in handling customer service
6. Ensure that teams trucks are clean and have the correct equipment
7. Ensure that all teams have basic tools
