DescriptionFinance ManagerSeeking an experienced Financial Manager to join a local non-profit company in the Naugatuck area. This position will report directly to the CEO and will be involved in all day to day accounting and finance operations. The perfect candidate is very hands on and is experienced in always knowing how the company is performing and is comfortable bring very hands on as the sole accountant. Job Responsibilities include:-Budgets - monitoring and making suggestions-Audit prep and working with CPA firm-Reporting financials to upper management-Monthly financial statement preparation-Submitting payroll

Experience with month-end close, financial statement preparation, budget preparation and analysis
Hands-on and comfortable working as the sole accountant
Confidence, deadline driven and detail oriented with strong communication skills
