Currently recruiting FOHServers and Bartenders and BOH-Cooks, and Portes to work ON DEMAND Shifts available throughout Connecticut and Manhattan if interested. PORTERS NEED IT
Steady work as Porter-plus ON DEMAND Shifts available throughout Connecticut and Manhattan if interested.
General cleaning/maintenance of the house including but not limited to (dusting, sweeping, moping- before, during and after events as needed General cleaning/maintenance. Event experience is a plus.
Experience for at least 2 years.
Must be able to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with clients and consumers in any setting. Clean and polished appearance.
COOKS NEED IT
Steady work as a Cook -plus ON DEMAND Shifts available throughout Connecticut and Manhattan if interested. Candidates must have excellent cutting skills, held similar positions in country clubs, catering companies, private clients, in both prep and event execution for high-end catered events, i.e. weddings, corporate cocktail receptions, etc. Some knowledge of principles and quantity cooking and experience in quantity cooking of vegetables, meat, fish and poultry, baked goods, etc., utilizing standardized metric recipes. For at least 5 years
- Other positions in the kitchen might be considered for cooks with less experience. Prep cook, line cook etc.
SERVERS NEED IT
Clean and polished appearance.
The ideal candidate has held similar positions in catering for at least 1 year and restaurant experience is a PLUS
Must be a friendly, OUTGOING and be a high energy individual.
Reviewing the information and/or materials for the event with the onsite contact.
Set up and break down of the work area in different settings i.e. Buffet, Seating, etc.
Ensuring guests are getting a good experience aligned with the event, client and hosts expectations.
Must be able to interact in a friendly and enthusiastic way with high-end clientele, large catering companies and all the various staff involved in the production.
Greet and/or assist guests, attendees, or event participants. Specialized duties vary based on the clients needs- i.e. coat check, busing, service for a seated dinner, sanit etc.
BARTENDER NEED IT
Clean and polished appearance.
Will only be interviewing bartenders with full mixed drink/full bar set up experience (UNNEXPERIENCED BARTENDERS SHOULD KNOW THERE ARE NOT THE BARTENDERS FOR US )
Ensuring guests are getting a good experience aligned with the event, client and hosts expectations.
Responsible for reviewing drink programs, set up and break down of the work area and the preparation of products.
Must be able to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic with very high-end clientele.
Candidates must be comfortable assisting with other duties at catered events - i.e. serving, busing, bar back, etc.
