Fjord Fish Market has built a reputation for selling the best fresh fish and seafood in Fairfield County, CT with outstanding service as well as catering the most impressive clambakes in the area. Fjord is currently seeking an experienced fish cutter to join the Cos Cob team. This role is a full-time position and must be able to fillet all types of fish with minimal waste, crack lobsters and shuck shellfish.

Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To:
- Set up and breakdown the seafood case
- Completes all plate presentations per the recipe/plate presentation specifications
- Maintenance of all operational standards
Requirements
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing for multiple hours and ability to carry and lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
