Tarry Lodge is looking for an Experienced Chef .
Job duties (but not limited to):
*Must be able to work all stations: Pasta, Saute, Pizza & Salad
*Hiring, training, developing, scheduling and management of all kitchen staff
*Responsible for the operating budget (manage labor, and food cost)
*Maintain quality control by following recipes and ordering procedure
*Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
*Perform all HR management within scope of company guidelines
Ideal candidate will have the following:
*2-4 years previous experience as Sous Chef or Chef (Italian cuisine preferred)
*Strong leadership, problem solving, guest service and organizational management skills
*Knowledge of Italian cuisine
You must embody, inspire and teach the Tarry Lodge culture to all employees.
