We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Sbarro restaurant located in the Milford Northbound Travel Plaza (heading north between exits 40 & 41). The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and providing friendly, outstanding service to our customers and team members.
Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager by running great work shifts and leading team members to ensure that all standards for food quality, cleanliness and customer service are met.
Responsibilities
⢠Ensuring Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
⢠Guiding team members to ensure all company procedures are followed
⢠Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile
Requirements
⢠Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers
⢠2+ years of first line supervisory or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant or equivalent
⢠Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
⢠Must be able to work 50 hours a week
⢠Must be able to lift 50 pounds
⢠ServSafe preferred
