Habitat Logistics is a Philadelphia-based company backed by the same investors as DoorDash and Airbnb. We power delivery for restaurants. We give restaurants margin control and the ability to unlock inbound demand - by charging restaurants a fixed fee per delivery and allowing them to request a delivery at any time. Without Habitat, restaurants are faced with the challenge of managing their own delivery staff or sacrificing their customer base and profit margins to the big delivery companies of the world. Our mission is to help restaurants start, keep, and grow their business.
We’re looking for a Territory Leader to help us successfully manage our New Haven Market. You’ll be given sourced applicants who show interest in delivering for Habitat, daily. The bulk of this role will be recruiting them and maintaining a healthy Driver force. You will also re-engage prior applicants and contractors to make sure we are staffed to serve our restaurant partners. What you’ll do:
-Driver Recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, retaining, and compliance of your market’s fleet.
-Strategically set up Driver onboardings to maximize attendees and generate excitement.
-Data entry, goal-setting, and admin work to monitor the pulse of your market.About you
