Luxury Condominium front desk security part-time Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Preferred experience with 3 to 5 + years working at a condominium desk.
The front desk professional must be impeccably mannered well spoken and discreet.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner. The individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work.
Possession of excellent public communication skills and written skills.
Must remember names and unit numbers of the 145 + residents in the condominium.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak effectively in English.
Light cleaning duties in the lobby. Some heavy lifting required.
References for this position are essential.
