Growing company based in Milford is looking for maintenance and apartment turnover help for our properties spread out across CT; Milford, Orange, West Haven, New Haven, East Haven, Hamden, Wallingford and Bridgeport. Must have transportation and tools. Contracted work.
Duties include but not limited to; painting, cleaning, patching, sheet rock, taping, compound, windows, doors, trim, wainscot, crown moulding, toilet replacement, faucets, appliances, flooring, screens, cabinets, ceilings, tile, back-splash, smoke detectors, vents, general maintenance, updating, remodeling, renovating, etc.
