Cambridge Realty Partners is a real estate investment and property management firm seeking an administrative assistant for part-time work at our Wooster Square office. Enjoy a flexible schedule while helping us stay organized as we take on some exciting new projects! The ideal candidate will work directly with Company leadership and support day-to-day operations.

About the Company:

Cambridge Realty Partners (www.crpllc.com) is a 40+ year-old real estate investment and property management company. Despite the long Company history, Cambridge is in its second-generation startup phase. The company is now focused on upgrading and leasing multifamily properties around New Haven County.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in an office environment

Strong written (email) and verbal (phone) communication

Comfort with Microsoft Word

Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of clerical assignments

Attention to detail, careful organization, and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Interest or experience in real estate a plus

Duties include but are not limited to:

Administrative support

Filing and copying documents

Local errands (requiring reliable transportation)

Building reports and monitoring project progress

Salary:

$18+ per hour, based on experience

Time Commitment:

At least three days per week in the office during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

10 to 20 total weekly hours to start, with opportunity to increase
