About Us: Our company offers clients a wide selection of custom window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, etc. We provide services such as measuring each window, ordering and delivering products directly to homes as well as professionally installing each window treatment.

Job Description: The main expectation of the Office Coordinator is to ensure that our clients always receive professional service and attention. The primary role of the Office Coordinator will be assisting showroom staff by handling client orders, deliveries, scheduling and invoicing. It is vital that the candidate is extremely professional, detail oriented, organized and possess great communication skills.

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; 5 days a week (Mon thru Sat; days may vary).

Requirements: Prior experience with customer service, scheduling/calendar maintenance, MS Office and QuickBooks is a must.

Responsibilities:

* Scheduling initial consultations as well as installations/repairs.

* Correspondence to all clients including but not limited to emails, estimates, invoices, and statuses.

* Prepare and monitor invoices

* Develop and maintain an accurate and organized filing system.

* Track orders and deliveries as they come in

* Anticipate needed office supplies

* Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries

* Develop and implement processes if needed for efficiency

* Receive, sort and distribute the mail

* Answer and direct phone calls and other administrative duties
