We are looking for a part time secretary at a small construction company.
The hours will be from 9am to 2pm, some weeks for 2 to 3 days and some weeks 5 days . Duties: answer the phone (take detailed messages), email messages to staff, receive mail/packages, match invoices with statements and keep the office tidy.
We are looking for someone with good, clear communication skills, responsible and self motivated. Must have references!
