Growing company seeking someone to perform Field Service inspections and report on the condition of properties and other types of collateral located within your chosen territory. Field inspection professionals work within their chosen counties of coverage gathering basic information on the condition of the property and providing photos to support your report.
Types of Inspections: Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, Insurance Loss, mortgagor interviews, etc.
Requirements: dependable with reliable transportation, Cell Phone & Internet access, External GPS, Wireless Printer, Clean Criminal background, knowledge of FDCPA
Qualified candidates will be very organized, have exceptional time management skills, be detail orientated, and possess the physical ability to drive in inclement weather between 8am-9pm. Most Inspections have 48hr turnaround time.
Experience is preferred but not required
Great Additional PT income for Uber/Lyft Drivers, Real Estate Agents, School Teachers etc NOT A SCAM Real job with real pay daily, average 3-5 orders daily at end of the month.
$20 Per Inspection. Paid Daily (Cash App or Pay-Pal) 1099 for taxes at end of year
Each inspection takes approximately 1-5 minutes to complete
