We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Person/ acquisition agent to join our team. We are a Real Estate investment firm / Brokerage with a focus on flipping houses and selling houses on the retail market. You will get daily leads that you will call to make offers and or list the house on the retail market.
No Experience necessary but you must be ready to work hard and have a whatever it takes attitude.
Job Description
Call Incoming leads, determine motivation and schedule in home appointments to purchase the property on behalf of our company.
Anályse deals using our fórmula to determine maximum offer price.
Meet with sellers and make offers to purchase homes.
Follow up with clients
Make calls to generate new leads.
List Houses on the retail market that we don’t buy.
Follow up with leads to list houses.
Work with Buyers to find them a dream home.
Requirements:
Must have Ct Real Estate sales person license or ability to get it.
Must be motivated and a self starter.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission based position with unlimited income potential. Average commission per deal is
$1500 to $2500 plus bonuses and incentives for homes we purchase and 2.5% of the sale price for retail transactions.
