We are looking for seasoned technicians to drive our company vehicle to and from customer sites to service and repair commercial HVAC and Refrigeration and/or kitchen equipment in the Boston/Hartford and New Haven areas.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls)
Troubleshoot commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, and/or Kitchen Equipment
Communicates with customers and branch office regarding status of repairs
Completes service tickets according to procedures
Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
Performing manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices
Qualifications:
High school graduate/GED or the equivalent
Minimum of 3 years commercial service experience
Must have proper certifications
CFESA certified is not required but a plus
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Experience of electrical and control circuit knowledge is a plus
Working knowledge of computer systems
Accurately and promptly completes required paperwork
Own industry's standard hand tools
