Line Cooks and Prep Cooks
Mynx Cabaret Groton seeks motivated culinary professionals. Must have a passion for food and a willingness to work in a growing kitchen. Line cooks, and prep cooks who want to be part of a team, participate actively, and expand their horizons in a learning environment.
Skills:
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to Multitask
Understanding of grill and saute stations
Ability to follow set recipes, and verbal directions
Culinary knowledge to include basic conversions, proper holding temps, protein cooking temps, and knife skills.
Proper sanitation practices
Proper attitude in a professional atmosphere
Requirements:
Line cooks should have 1+ years experience, prep cooks should be trainable and coachable
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
ServSafe certification Desired
