LINE COOK Must have experience in a fast-paced kitchen with speedy execution and consistent quality. Our Texas-style menu includes main plates, sandwiches and more. Ideal candidates will have significant line experience in a restaurant, bar/grill or diner with the ability to be part of our integrated kitchen team under the direction of our chef as we achieve success on a nightly basis.
DISHWASHER Our high-volume kitchen needs a dishwasher to work days, nights and weekends with our automatic dishwasher. The job also includes cleaning before we open, bussing Roadhouse tables and helping servers throughout the night.
