Sub contractors needed to work on REO and Pre-Foreclosure properties across the state of Connecticut, as well as Rhode Island. Work includes debris removal, sales cleanings, landscaping and snow removal, winterizations, inspections, securing, and general repairs. Contractor would need to follow stringent time lines, follow instruction, and be able document work with time and date stamped photos. Work is not completed until photos are received by our home office. Other requirements include equipment and insurance (general liability and workers compensation), as well as having a H.I.C. license. Please send resume if interested.
