Quality Insulation, a TruTeam Company, is seeking insulation installers for our location in Norwich, CT. TruTeam offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401k, vision, short term and long term disability.
We currently have multiple openings for installers in the Norwich, CT division. If you have experience with fiberglass BATT insulation, Blow-In insulation, Foam insulation, Seamless gutter installation or general construction experience this is a great opportunity for you.
Experience is preferred, but not required if you have a construction background.
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
We are currently offering a $250 signing bonus for experienced installers after 90 days of service and an additional $250 after 180 days of service.
Installers average between $16-$32 per hour. Overtime is available and required.
In order to qualify for the position you must have a valid driver's license and prior to employment will be subject to complete a drug screen and submit a background check.
