Looking to hire immediately a Trainee level or Experienced Carpenter and Flooring Installer team member for our well established Hardwood Flooring, Tile, Stairs and Remodeling Company for Part Time to start with Full Time potential. It is essential that the candidate have the following:
a. Your own reliable transportation.
b. Are able to lift over 50 lbs
c. Speak English
d. Have experience safely using power tools such as a pneumatic nail gun , table, miter and circular saws and sanders.
e. Can work with wood dust and finishes and understand basic math and use a tape measure.
f. Can take direction to work with someone as a team member or be self motivated to work alone at times.
g. Can work in Connecticut and at times Massachusetts and be bond-able if required.
h. Hours can range from 25- 35 plus per week
i. Would consider working as a subcontractor if requested.
