Starting pay $14.00/hr. with minimum increase of $1.00/hr. within first year.
Position Summary:
Perform a variety of physical and administrative tasks in a production environment. Operate industrial size blenders, mixers, sizing equipment, ovens, scales. Make observations, take samples and complete batch paperwork. $14.00/hr. to start with pay progression to $15.50/hr.
Position Qualifications:
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. on a regular basis
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Self starter with high level of motivation
- Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to drive forklift truck
- Demonstrated team player
- Ability to wear dust mask, safety shoes & glasses, hairnet and gloves.
