Position: Sales Person

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for the following:
Greet Customers who come onto the lot or into the store
Answer incoming calls
Place outgoing calls to past and potential customers
Enter statements and new prospects in the computer system
Coordinate vehicle selection with guidance of the Store Manager as needed
Be able to print paperwork for sales delivery
Negotiate selection, terms, and down payment with customers as needed
Ride with customers on test drives as needed
Handle customer complaints in prompt and professional manner
Organize, maintain and rearrange the inventory as directed by the manager

Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Previous Sales is not required, experience in sales or the retail industry is a big plus.
Strong verbal communication skills-both face-to-face & and; over the telephone, good customer service, problem-solving & and; independent work skills.
Basic understanding of math concepts, specific experience relating to financing (i.e. down payments, regular payments, principal and interest) is a plus, but not required
Candidates will be required to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background & and; motor vehicle records inquiries
Must be available to work 5 days a week including Saturdays
