Recipe for Success is looking for a motivated, self-starter, to fill the open position of Sales Specialist.
Recipe for Success LLC is an innovative organization, specializing in team building and corporate training, utilizing the Culinary Arts. The responsibilities of the Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Generate sales through solid customer relationship building and outbound-calling
Gain full knowledge of all of Recipe for Success product offerings
Create outbound marketing campaigns.
Proactive outbound calling to customers and prospects.
Generate and follow up on quotes for all products
Continual maintenance and updating of customer database.
Monitor competitor products and prices.
Salary + commission
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion/working towards 4 year degree (business or marketing) or equivalent work experience.
General proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to negotiate, sell, and close business with customers.
Selling into hotels, meeting venues, a PLUS.
