The Business Development Associate is responsible for coordinating the business development activities in order to achieve company revenue targets. Reporting to the Client Service Director, this position is accountable for supporting new business opportunities for Inspira. In addition, this individual must have the ability to manage and coordinate organizational resources to create and deliver effective business proposals and pitch presentations.
Research, organize and write new business presentations for new and existing clients
Support Director on all incoming RFP’s and manage the schedule for delivery dates
Identify competitive service strengths and weaknesses of Inspira and provide recommendations for continued improvement
Maintain working understanding of Inspira and our capabilities, and estimating structure
Assist with budget writing
Develop effective tools and resources to organize, manage, and track sales activitiesProvide summarized sales reporting on a weekly basis
Work with internal team to conduct effective brainstorming sessions to ideate for presentations and sales proposals
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $45,000and $55,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
