General Contractor in Woodbury seeking an entry level Project Engineer. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in AutoCAD, Sage300, Procore and scheduling with Microsoft Project are preferred. This position will be primarily in the office assisting the Project Manager in document control. Knowledge of construction documents and estimating preferred.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
⢠Assisting Project Manager in creating and tracking subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
⢠Assisting in the solicitation of proposals and selection of subcontractors
⢠Researching and preparing change requests
⢠Responsible for composing and tracking submittals, RFIâs and closeout material
⢠Performing additional duties and assignments as directed by Supervisor
