Premier residential summer camp seeks Chef for kitchen which serves 300 campers, 200 staff. Must have experience in catering to large groups. Dates June 17, 2019 - Aug 19, 2019

This is a summer position. If the person is a right fit they would ideally come back every summer.
Duties: Overall nutritional needs of the camp community including menu planning, inventory control, vendor relations, time management and supervision of 15+ staff (cooks, prep team). The ability to create and supervise three balanced meals per day, and snacks, for 500+ staff and campers. Ability to adhere to State of Connecticut Health Department and American Camp Association Standards. Ability to live in camp as a member of the camp community. Will work closely with camp and dining leadership teams.
Housing: We will provide you housing on-site.
Children: Should the chef have children, they would be able to attend camp (must be camper age 9-17).
