Experience with sophisticated dining background is a must.
Sociable, fast, honest. A good balance of hosting the floor with guests, knowledge of cost control centers (labor, beverage, consumables), personable, buttoned up, computer skills including understanding of Excel, social media, sales building, coaching and nurturing a staff. Be someone who will win over the staff, win over customers and ensure service goes smoothly. Be responsible, hard working, honest, very neat and well groomed, with a great smile. Great food & Wine program and a great staff.
Must have 3yrs minimum management experience including:
- Running Service
- Scheduling
- Beverage Inventory and Purchasing
- Training and retraining
- Pragmatic problem solving and coaching
Job Type: Full-time
$70-80k/yr + Performance Based Bonusing, Health Ins, and Paid Vacation + Group Dining Discount
