A construction materials inspection and testing services company is seeking a high-energy, well-organized individual to provide general office, administrative and receptionist duties in a constantly moving and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and dispatch, processing reports and filing; operation of computers and appropriate office equipment. Work closely with managers, and other staff as required. Please indicate availability to start when applying.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate with a minimum of 2 years' office experience
Proficiency in Word, with good working knowledge of Access and Excel or ability to learn
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to learn additional software as required
Ability to work well with clients and staff in a professional & service-oriented manner
Good written and oral communication skills
Presentable demeanor
