Full Time Administrative Assistant/Dispatchers. The role of the Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher is to support the operations of the office by providing a professional,courteous atmosphere while assisting customers and other employees. Perform office and clerical tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager. Greet customers,vendors,job applicants and other visitors and assure that they are provided with the service needed. Receive calls from customers in emergency & non-emergency situations. Dispatch the correct driver and equipment to the location in the most efficient and prompt manner possible.
Multitasking is one of the most important skills in this position. Other duties include, but not limited to:
Performs various accounting,finance, billing,collections,credit administration and clerical duties as directed to support the operational departments within the office.
Responsible for greeting all visitor arrivals in a professional and courteous manner
Assist in answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and route/dispatch calls as needed. Takes messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employee.
Scans documents for use & keep paperwork updated. Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
Process ,ABA Vehicle papework
Complete additional tasks as assigned.Requires excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
Must have the poise,confidence, and interpersonal communication skills needed to make routine decisions help with Customers in tough situations.
Must maintain confidentiality at all times
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
Professional appearance
Strong written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate potential problems in a professional manner
Ability to learn and embrace specific order management procedures and to follow instructions and policies related to order management
Experience in an office environment preferred.
Must be well organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel,Outlook,& One Note. Ability to Jearn new programs quickly & efficiently.
Must be able to pass criminal background check/drug screening

Positions are available Full Time weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
