We are looking for a CSR/commercial account manager for a small insurance agency. CT insurance license and experience is preferred, but we will train the right applicant. We used a Salesforce based CRM called TechCanary, so Salesforce experience is a plus.
The office will be located in Torrington, CT. We use IP phones and cloud based software and storage, so the producers work remotely. There is some flexibility in the hours, but will at least cover the afternoon, 11:00-5:00, or similar.
Position will be servicing commercial and personal accounts, issuing bound personal accounts, assisting in resolving UW questions, and general insurance servicing. We are approx 60% commercial and 40% personal, with two commercial lines producers and one personal lines producer.
Pay will be hourly plus possibility for bonus or commission. Range is $14-20hr starting, depending on experience and skills. This will be part time to start, but for the right person will develop to full time if you are available.
