We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and experienced Leasing Agent to assist us with marketing and leasing at our New Milford apartment complex. The Leasing Agent will act as a liaison between property owner/managers and prospective tenants.
Requirements
Good interpersonal skills, friendly, positive attitude
Sales/ leasing experience
Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft office)
MUST have vehicle and valid divers license
Verifiable references required
Duties and Responsibilities
Advertise vacant units on appropriate marketing sites
Contact and manage leads via phone and email
Screen applicants to ensure they meet eligible requirements
Schedule and meet with prospects
Generate/prepare leases and all pertaining documents
Keep management office/property owner abreast of all information regarding applicants, qualified candidates, and offers.
