We are a small eco-friendly ecommerce business seeking a Communications Manager to join our team! This dynamic and exciting position is full time, Mon-Fri 9-5, and is responsible for hands on communication with our fabulous customers. Every interaction with our customers is an opportunity to increase sales and create brand advocates.
Responsibilities:
Newsletters / Social Media Posts
Identify Press Opportunities
Interact with Customers through email, chat, and phone
Think creatively about promoting our eco-friendly products and connecting with our great customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail
Digital photography skills a plus.
