Berkshire Country Store in Norfolk, CT is looking for one employee to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 6 Station Place. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.Responsibilities Greet customers and make them feel at home Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture We are looking forward to reading your application.
