Looking for self-motivated **Print, Pack & Ship Sales Associates** who are able to meet our customerâs needs. The **Print, Pack & Ship Associate** is responsible for cultivating relationships with customers specifically Small Business customers that result in the opportunity to assess and provide solutions that exceeds their needs. The Associate will be tasked with several priorities including, excellent customer service, preparing packages for shipment, operating printing equipment and communicating all offered services in the center. Communicate with our virtual mailbox customers .The associate should be willing to learn all aspect of the shipping and packing business including Printing, Packing and Shipping and recognize all opportunities to advise the customer on these services.
As a Print, Pack & Ship Associate You Will Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage complex jobs, and complete tasks based on priority. Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customers individualized need Provide customer expertise in printing, packing and shipping and can recommended the appropriate product or service option Assemble parcels and prepares good for shipping by bubble wrapping items, inserting items into shipping boxes, weighing packages, and affixing labels to shipments Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change Operate printing, binding, and other related equipment Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries Continuously practice good listening skills with customers,

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
⢠High school diploma or GED required
⢠Previous retail/customer service experience
⢠Ability to cross sell and up sell products and services
⢠Strong computer (microsoft and Adobe) and internet skills,
⢠A friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and
⢠A professional appearance.
Ability to lift 40+ pounds
