AISC Steel Fabricator/Erector looking for an experienced Estimator
The Person Responsible for comprehensive QMS Process Execution
Related to Estimates and Change orders. Responsible for Producing Quality on time estimates and change orders. Accountable for communicating various Project requirements and transferring DATA to Operations for Awarded jobs. Communication with clients during the bid Process. Communication with clients regarding change orders
Responsibilities
1. Acts as the Primary Source for each Project worked on
2. Prebid Calls to General Contractors for Bidding Purposes
3. Post Bid Follow up with clients / prospective clients and Reporting
4. Pre and Post Bid Document Execution (Bid Forms, Proposals, Levelling Sheets etc.)
5. Communicate Project requirements with Detailers, Engineers & Suppliers
6. Comprehensive Material, Fabrication & Erection Take-offs For Estimates
7. Comprehensive Material, Fabrication & Erection Take-offs For PCO`s
8. Preparation of Comprehensive Cost Estimates for review
9. Preparation of Comprehensive Change orders for review
10. Attend Bid Openings and Site Walk Through's
11. Prepare Operations Job Binder and Budgets for awarded Projects
12. Weekly Reporting on all work activities and Client interactions
Expectations
Intermediate level of Competency in Estimating Process Execution
Intermediate level of Competency in Change Order Process Execution
A good connection and Understanding of Company Dynamics
Completion of Comprehensive Estimates
Completion of Comprehensive Change orders
Management and Leadership of your role
Salary Range & Benefits - Annual Salary $55-75K depending on experience

Education & Experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree
2-5 Years Steel or Construction Experience
