We are seeking a hard-working and reliable carpenter to join our team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects and repairs. Some experience is required and must be able to work year round doing strenuous physical tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
-Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
-Loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment.
-Assembling and taking down structures such as scaffolding.
-Assisting other contractors, painters, electricians, etc. on job sites.
-Must perform work satisfactorily to code requirements.
-Maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements include:
-Must be a sub-contractor.
-Must have some experience in carpentry.
-Willingness to undertake some training if necessary.
-Willingness to work year-round regardless of weather conditions.
-Must be able to provide own transportation.
