Facility Technician (HVAC Preferred) Full Time Canaan, CT
Mountainside is seeking a Facilities Technician who is responsible for provide support with any onsite construction improvements such as but no limited to; plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, masonry, carpentry & architectural design work.
- Minimum 3-5 years working as a finish carpenter and construction.
- Experience with painting, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Education in Facilities Maintenance preferred.
- HVAC License (CT D2 license) or Electrician license (CT E1 license) or journeyman preferred.
- Strong construction knowledge and ability to read blueprints as drawings.
- Current and valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Working knowledge of all areas of property maintenance, including facilities and grounds.
