Oversee all aspects of buildings and landscape maintenance.
Staff, train and manage a team of 4-6 employees performing housekeeping; landscaping and other maintenance functions.
Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Source and oversee key vendors including plumbers, electricians, and landscape support providers.
Manage household budget and bill paying.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
