Description: Assist in control and maintenance of government property IAW FAR and DFAR regulationsProvide detailed reporting on repair constraints and scheduling issues by attending daily/weekly/monthly status meetings and communicate those issues and concerns to the program management team and customerPerform periodic audits and generate reports detailing results, as required, on inventory and government property maintenance / managementSupport component induction planning team with daily activities by tracking all items throughout the repair cycle, through offload and internal processing, until component is repaired / overhauled to RFI, (ready for issue), conditionMonitor component RTAT (repair turnaround time) and work with program management and cell operations to either maintain or improve performance.Communicate with both internal and external customers daily to ensure accuracy of data received and that all processing delays are noted and documentedGenerate and answer root cause and corrective action requests utilizing ACE tools Track import and export components and blades through the repair process, maintain accurate and concise records, work closing with on-site International Trade Compliance professional in regard to creation and updates of standard workMaintain accurate records associated with export licenses managed by site, monitor export regulation changes, evaluate impact to business, communicate in timely manner to ensure complianceTrack and report on progress on all proposals information requests concerning material profile and labor estimating to ensure all required deliverable dates are achievedBasic Qualifications:Associates Degree or equivalent experience/combined educationProficient in Microsoft office productsOrganized with strength in record keeping with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationDesired Skills:Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 2 years’ experiencePast customer service experienceBasic working knowledge of SAPSome familiarity with US Government contract language / interpretationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
