Description We are in need of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in the consumer products industry, located in Stamford, Connecticut. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst I, your responsibility will involve handling and resolving technical issues, maintaining our IT equipment inventory, and providing off-site support when necessary. Responsibilities: Maintain and update tickets in accordance with the Incident management workflow Oversee the configuration and deployment of new machines Ascertain the impact and urgency of incidents and support requests to determine priority Escalate unresolved requests and incidents to higher levels Maintain a structured knowledgebase of solutions and records Execute project tasks within the stipulated timeframe Assist with login requests including additions, changes, and deletions Conduct basic preventive maintenance of equipment Troubleshoot technical issues within the environment Provide off-site support on an as-needed basis.
