Project Manager – Infrastructure Technology (emphasis on O365/Exchange Online/Modern Desktop) PLEASE NOTE: This is a project Manager role NOT a hands on Exchange Engineer Job description Experienced Project Manager focused on Infrastructure Technology projects and has experience in rolling out Microsoft Windows 10, O365 (including but not limited to: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) in a trading floor environment
Requirements
Day to day driving of multiple high visibility projects:
Create milestones, hold calls, produce minutes, drive dates, manage budgets, drive timely communications prior to changes, take feedback and track staff time.
Hold resources accountable for delivering tasks with careful tracking of progress.
Deep and extensive experience in managing projects related to rolling out O365 (especially OfficePro Plus, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
ServiceNow, Citrix and other business applications a plus.
Develop and manage technically-sound project plans using best practices to implement complex, business needs and solutions.
Participate in acquisition (M&A) projects.
Provide project management for enterprise-wide initiatives and projects as they relate to Infrastructure technology (End user computing, cloud, applications, etc.).
Advocate and awareness of all project aspects to collaborate throughout the organization by utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to be proactive and identify, prevent and resolve project delays.
Work closely with other groups within the global Technology organization to develop stronger partnerships required to meet project deliverables and goals.
Qualifications
University degree in computer science and 5 years equivalent work experience.
3+ years of PM experience in O365 and Windows 10.
Experience migrating and rolling out O365 a requirement.
Microsoft Project or equivalent.
Passion, knowledge and a strong understanding of end user computing and experience in fostering relationships to drive projects to efficient conclusions.
Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
Your role as Customer Project Manager is to manage multiple patient monitoring system software services implementations that vary in scope, size and complexity. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration. You will also be responsible for leading a clinical and technical team for each project, to ensure successful customer experience and adherence to the defined statement of work.
