If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives and Communications to join our CFO organization.Responsibilities:Drive and support the deployment of key strategic initiatives within the CFO Organization which includes managing large, complicated projects with multiple work streams and multiple stakeholders, coordinating strategy discussions with senior leaders, assisting in defining project scope, recommending approaches and managing execution of major strategic projects; all activities require the ability to work both with high degrees of autonomy and discretion and in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Through the use of strong writing skills, develop professional communications regarding the CFO organization, including internal memos, announcements, DEI related subjects and monthly newsletters

Partner with Talent Management in creating the ongoing talent strategy for the CFO Organization and the execution of that strategy, which includes creating and implementing programs that will assist in hiring, developing and retaining the best people to drive success for our organization and the firm

Organize meetings and events which includes coordinating a venue, catering, promotional materials, collateral, attending and monitoring activities to ensure success, conduct post event evaluations and report outcomes

Collaborate with the Communications and project teams to create internal strategic communications plans for projects and programs; prepare status updates and activity reports, attend meetings and conference calls

Qualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in strategic consulting or related experience in strategy support and deployment, preferably within a professional services firm

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, degree in communications or journalism preferred

Writing and proof reading of internal communications preferred; exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think creatively

Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff and leadership; ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when handling correspondence and sensitive matters

High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and little direction

Proficient with MS office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
